QB Blitz Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. Who we are

Digitalhaus Multimedia operates QB Blitz. This policy explains how we handle information in QB Blitz for Apple TV (tvOS), including its online competition and Ashlee sideline-reporting features. It also covers messages you send us about the game.

Privacy contact: damos@digitalhaus.io. Website: https://digitalhaus.io/.

2. Information the game uses

On your device: QB Blitz stores your chosen player name, local high scores, game preferences and sign-in/session information. Online sign-in uses an automatically generated, persistent player ID; it does not require you to supply a real name or email address.

Online play: When you use online competition, the game sends player IDs, chosen display names, lobby and invitation information, scores, turns, level progress and live game-state data to the services that connect players and synchronize the match. Your lobby/display name can be discoverable by other players. Participants can see each other’s names, scores and match progress. Choose a nickname rather than personal contact information.

Technical information: The game’s networking and cloud providers process connection information such as IP addresses and player/session identifiers. Device, operating-system, app-version and diagnostic information may also be processed to operate the game, maintain security and troubleshoot faults.

Support: If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

3. Ashlee and AI-generated reporting

Ashlee is a computer-generated sideline reporter. To produce her reports, we process player display names and selected match facts, such as scores, successful hits, missed throws, turns and final results. Some commentary is generated using Amazon Bedrock; the report text is sent to Tavus to generate Ashlee’s speech and animated video. Daily supplies the underlying media transport, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts our reporting infrastructure and temporary media.

Ashlee’s Apple TV reporter is receive-only. It does not ask to capture or send your microphone, camera, face or voice. The voice and face shown are Ashlee’s generated presentation. A report can include the display names and results of both players.

4. Why information is used and shared

We use this information to remember preferences and scores, identify game sessions, find and connect opponents, synchronize gameplay, generate and deliver sideline reports, keep the service reliable and secure, and respond to support or privacy requests.

We share the information needed for these functions with Unity (game sign-in, lobbies and Relay networking), AWS (hosting and AI commentary), and Tavus and Daily (generated reporting and media transport). These providers process information under the applicable service arrangements. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete a business transfer with appropriate privacy safeguards.

We do not sell players’ personal information or use QB Blitz to deliver targeted advertising. The current Apple TV version does not display ads. App Store transactions, if any, are handled by Apple; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

5. How long information is kept

Local names, preferences and high scores remain in the app’s local storage until changed, cleared or removed by you or the operating system. Online player identities and service records can remain after a match ends.

Ashlee reporting uses temporary processing. Report access expires within minutes. Our native reporting system schedules generated media to expire after one day and short-lived report records for automatic expiration. Cloud deletion can take additional processing time. Operational API/broker logs are configured for 14-day retention. These settings do not set the retention of every provider’s own service records.

We keep support correspondence and other records only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, security, legal obligations or disputes. Provider-held information is subject to applicable service arrangements and retention requirements.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can change your player name and audio settings, choose not to use online features, and remove locally stored app data using the controls available on your device. Removing the app or clearing local storage does not itself delete information held by online services.

To request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about the use of your information, email damos@digitalhaus.io with “QB Blitz Privacy” in the subject. We may need limited information to verify your request and locate the relevant records. We will respond and handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.

7. Children and families

QB Blitz is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through QB Blitz can contact damos@digitalhaus.io. We will review the concern and take appropriate steps, which may include deleting information or restricting its use. Please avoid using a child’s real name or contact details as a player name.

8. Security, international processing and website visits

We use encrypted connections and access controls for our native reporting services. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our hosting and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; applicable safeguards and service arrangements govern these transfers.

This policy describes the Apple TV game and its reporting services. The Digitalhaus website’s hosting, contact form and cookie tools may process information separately when you visit the website; use the notices and cookie choices displayed there.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the game or our practices change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice or choices when required.
